Data handling
What we collect
Device identifiers, license keys and client version numbers for license checks. We do not collect login credentials, asset files, publishing records or any business content.
Where data is stored
Media, assets, publishing records and logs are stored locally. You can export, back up or delete them at any time; business data does not need to be uploaded to our servers.
Third-party services
Payments are processed by payment providers and email is sent by email providers. We share only the minimum information needed to complete the transaction.

Terms
License scope
Licenses are per machine, not per media count. One license covers one computer and includes the agreed features and updates during the license term.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for the content you publish and how you use the system, and for complying with applicable laws. The system provides scheduling, publishing, verification and record-keeping; it does not replace your judgment about content and operations.
Trial and payment
You can stop at any time during the 7-day trial. Annual licenses are paid yearly; we accept wire transfer and credit cards, and can issue annual invoices.
Termination and changes
We may terminate the license for resale, reverse engineering, or use that violates applicable laws or the contract. Updates to these terms will be posted on this page.
Security
Local-first
Business data does not leave your machine. License checks transmit only device identifiers, license keys and version numbers—never media, assets or published content.
Least privilege
The client requests only the permissions needed for publishing and record-keeping.
Vulnerability reports
If you find a security issue, email security@aofa.io. We usually respond within 2 business days.
